nakaka inspire and motivate sakin everytime na pinanghihinaan nako ng loob, pressured, sobrang nag ooverthink nako kung para ba talaga sakin yung path na pinupursue ko.

I graduated last 2020 po and Pandemic really affects me, hindi nakapag review during pandemic, na stock o napag iwanan na kumbaga. I already tried online review pero in my case di sya effective dahil sa bahay lang hirap makapag focus, madaming problems, struggle is real talaga kahit hindi pa 100% ready nag try ako. Kaya nag fail ako that time sobrang naapektuhan ako dahil sa failure ko na trigger ung anxiety and stress ko. But di ako tumigil para pa prove sa sarili ko at sa lahat na kaya ko, na maipapasa ko to! Dahil sa lahat ng emails nyo na boost ulit ung confidence ko, na motivate ako, at na inspire kaya't nung November 2023 sumubok nako ng Face to Face Refresher Course together with Online Review sa ES, and binabalik balikan ko yung books nyo as guide also para mas ma challenge ako mag solve/compute, mamaster basics at matuto.

Sabi ko sa sarili ko Last na to! This time I will give my best! Give all na talaga! Focus lang sa Goal. Im indeed grateful because of hardwork, dedication, prayers and faith in God everything was paid off, Engineer na ako! All Honor and Glory to God!

they taught us how to prepare pero mayroo talagang mga bagay na di naituturo in the preparation for board..hindi lang sa pagsolve ng problems.the way you think also affects your prep..madaming beses akong na failed (more than 3.hahaha) pero nandun na di ko tlaga hinayaan na hanggang dun nlang ako..(bka di kasya dito Engr pag idedetalye ko.hahaha).

Until one time, time nabasa ko isa sa mga post mo..and it helped me a lot!the way i changed my preparation for board exam..di na ako nag review center..nag rebyu lang ako way back 2015.. pero etong recent take ko self review lang..nagwowork pa ako..minsan nag eexcuse tayo pero kung determinado ka walang excuse..may mga habit ako na ginagawa nun na parehas sa mga tips mo pero nadagdagan ng mabasa ko mga post mo Engr..

I use the sleep and study method..wag puro study kailangan dn ng pahinga..manage you time and discipline ang kailangan higit sa lahat humingi ng tulong kay God..tinatak ko tlaga sa sarili ko na mas mabuting magdusa ka sa rebyu easy life later sa exam..at ayon!i manage everything!

Salamat sa TIPS about focus!one Formula at a time..kahit nagwowork ako i manage to memoirize most of the formulas in MD,math and pipe..also in reading some elements and solving past boards..very effective!basta higit sa lahat PRAY..kaya super grateful dn ako Engr..hope maging inspirasyon ito sa lahat..wag sumuko.. trust the Process!trust GOD!

tas ngayon engineer na ako! Dati nanghihingi lang ako ng guides sainyo kung pano magreview effectively kasi nadodown at frustrated ako sa performance ko nung nasa university pa.

Pinaka favorite and up to now na ginagawa kong learnings is yung making a habit. To be specific yung may cue ako when to start to review

Yung nakagawa ako ng daily routine na ginawa ko for the past 6 months is after ng class sa review center is mag lunch muna ako then magkakape tapos mag take a nap for 30 mins then banat na ulet ng review hanggang gabi

Then yung soundtrip pag nagrereview is binaural beats or alpha study musics

And yung pomodoro principle and rewarding myself every after session like mag social media ako or kakain ng snack to treat myself

And mas lalo akong nag depend sa discipline instead of motivation kasi yung motivation parang temporary dopamine lang eh. Nauubos din kalaunan yung boost ng momentum sa review , di tulad sa discipline kahit dimo feel mag review kailangan pilitin yung sarili na magreview
